SCREEN PRINTING
Gives excellent quality, long-lasting results and is the most cost-effective way to print large volume orders.
The process of screen printing is highly accurate, enabling the clear reproduction of fine details. Our ink matching systems ensure precise colour matching, while simulated process printing accurately reproduces complex, full-colour images. Screen printing is the default decoration process for larger production runs of garments such as t-shirts, bags, sweats and hoodies.
DIGITAL PRINTING
DIGITAL PRINTING
Direct To Garment (also known as DTG) printing is the latest in the garment decorating technology.
DTG printing utilizes inkjet technology to send a design directly from a computer to a digital printer with a garment loaded into it. It makes it simple to create full-colour, high-quality printed garments at low volume runs and faster turnaround time. DTG printing produces the best print results on garments with 100% cotton content (not suitable for polyester mix fabrics).
TRANSFER PRINTING
TRANSFER PRINTING
This process is great for bold, vibrant, full-colour designs, and single-colour individual names and numbers.
Using a special range of vinyl in conjunction with our Roland cutter plotter system we are able to print, plot and cut transfers that can be applied to garments using a heat transfer press. With excellent opacity and elasticity, this range of materials are soft to the touch yet durable and can be applied to a wide range of textiles.
EMBROIDERY
EMBROIDERY
Embroidery is a technique of decorating fabric or other materials with needle and thread.
It is the best method to decorate certain garments such as hats, outerwear, employee uniforms, patches, and heavy fleece, as some fabrics and garment types don’t lend themselves to screen printing. Embroidery is durable, versatile and offers a unique, professional finish.
